All quotations issued by Universal Engineering remain valid for seven (7) days from the date of submission unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices may be subject to revision after the validity period expires.
All products are supplied from ready stock, subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Any special or customized orders may require additional production time.
Payment terms are as follows:
100% advance payment is required against confirmed work order or purchase order.
Production, delivery, or installation will commence only after receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Universal Engineering reserves the right to delay or cancel delivery if payment terms are not fulfilled.
Universal Engineering provides a one (1) year replacement warranty from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is clearly mentioned in the product specification.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunction under normal usage conditions.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Damage caused by natural calamities (flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, etc.)
Accidental damage or physical impact
Improper installation by unauthorized personnel
Electrical faults caused by external power fluctuations
Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and will be inspected before approval.
Where installation services are included, work will be carried out as per agreed scope. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Universal Engineering shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage, delays, or external factors beyond our control.
Universal Engineering reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
